To spend peaceful hours away from the routine of Rome, you periodically reach Falascone, surrounded by an enchanted landscape and within which it feels familiarly like "home"! The fireplace, the armchairs, the outdoor tables. The smiles, the extended times to wait for what is prepared for you at the moment, the poor wi-fi that allows....if you are not in a hurry to ask for the password....to chat. The genuine flavors, the generous portions, the attention to detail in the kitchen. Maximum score in everything but above all gratitude and esteem!

Cozy place, fireplace lit near the tables, excellent and plentiful starter, homemade pappardelle with delicious and plentiful rib sauce, good red wine. Excellent quality/price ratio. I recommend it

Truly a nice surprise, despite having been coming to the area for decades, I had never come to eat at this place. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food cooked with passion, art and taste.

We decided to organize our son's communion with Anita, an exquisite and kind person. We agreed on the menu this summer and also tasted it to "test" it. The ham and melon appetizer, the ricotta with honey, the roasted peppers and the vegetable flan kicked things off. The homemade gnocchi deserve a special mention: they are sublime! A delight with meat sauce. And what about tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms? A delicacy. For the second course we chose lamb cutlets (incredibly delicate) and veal with a side of sautéed chicory. Green salad to finish. The crumbled berries and chocolate chips ended the day: fantastic. Too bad it arrived after all the previous dishes, abundant and tasty. Everything was washed down with Montepulciano and pecorino from Abruzzo. I don't want to talk about the bill, because we were treated not well, very well! Thanks Anita. We will be back soon for more tastings. After a few months I update the review, I fully confirm what has already been said previously.

What more could you ask for? Mrs. Anita offers family dishes prepared with great skill and with typical flavors of the area. Generous in portions and quality of food... and she is also very nice.We ended up here because of the excellent reviews found online and I want to add mine. Today we ate a splendid polenta, an excellent stew with porcini mushrooms and a very original appetizer invented by Anita herself. Excellent price.

Located at 1000 meters above sea level. Homemade cuisine and like staying at home. Excellent quality food with modest prices.
